Holistic Fire Services is a rapidly growing, highly regarded fire company delivering quality fire installations and upgrades across commercial, industrial, retail and mixed-use projects throughout NSW.
Due to strong ongoing growth and a solid pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking a Fire Project Manager (mid-level or rising) to join our team.
This role offers an outstanding opportunity to step into a career-defining position with long-term progression into senior leadership.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of multiple fire protection projects across Sydney, managing projects from award through to completion, including:
End-to-end project management across fire installations, upgrades and fitouts
Managing wet and dry fire projects
Coordinating site teams, designers, subcontractors and suppliers
Programming, scheduling and resourcing works
Managing budgets, variations and forecasting
Ensuring full compliance with Australian Standards, NCC and relevant codes
Client communication and stakeholder management
Identifying risks and driving project solutions
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and on budget
This role will involve a combination of office-based project management and regular site attendance.
About You
We’re seeking an ambitious and capable Project Manager who brings:
Proven experience in project management within the fire protection industry
Strong exposure to both wet and dry fire systems
CAD experience desirable
Solid understanding of Australian Standards and fire compliance requirements
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
A proactive, professional and solutions-focused approach
Confidence managing multiple projects simultaneously
A strong team mindset and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
This role is ideal for:
An experienced mid-level PM or A strong Site Supervisor / Project Coordinator ready to step up.
